1.Raw Material Procurement and Quality Inspection:
Select fresh bones and condiments, including beef, chicken, and pork bones, and conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure raw materials are free from contaminants and foreign matter.
2. Raw material processing:
After thorough cleaning with the washing machine, the raw materials are transferred to the cooking pot for further processing.
3. Cooking:
Use the Cookm Fully Automatic Bone Soup Pressure Cooker for high-pressure cooking. Made of food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, it features a PLC touch screen for fully automatic control and a sealed ultra-low pressure process to extract maximum nutrients and flavor from bones.
4. Temporary storage and filtration concentration:
Ensure crystal-clear, nutrient-rich bone broth with the Cookm storage tank filtration system, which removes impurities and fine particles. Our professional concentration equipment then produces a high-concentration bone broth essence by evaporating excess water.
5. Cooling and packaging:
