Crafted from food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, the cooker features PLC + touch screen programming for full-automatic control, realizing intelligent and precise operation. It offers two optional heating methods: electric heating and steam heating, to adapt to different on-site working conditions. The sealed simmering process adopts an ultra-low pressure cooking technology, with the entire operation process under automatic control, ensuring stable process, uniform product quality and high production efficiency.
