Control Section :
The system features a 10-inch PLC with a touchscreen programming control, allowing for one-button sterilization startup. It intelligently manages sterilization temperature and pressure, and includes analog sensors and automatic valve control for continuous operation. Multiple sterilization processes can be pre-programmed, reducing manual labor and simplifying complex operations.

Sterilization Method :
The sterilization is done using a water bath method. The water in the hot water tank is first heated to the required sterilization temperature (except in the case of multi-stage sterilization), which shortens the operation time and improves work efficiency. The water continuously circulates up, down, left, and right to ensure even sterilization with uniform temperature and no dead spots.
