Bone Broth Cooling Mixing Tank
Bone broth cooling and mixing tanks are primarily used for cooling bone broth. The mixing system ensures uniform consistency, minimizes coagulation and sedimentation, and fully extracts nutrients from the bones into the broth, making it ideal for subsequent processing and storage.
Constructed from food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, the tanks feature PLC and touch-screen automatic controls to reduce manual intervention. A variety of stirrers are available, and continuous mixing during the cooling process preserves the flavor and texture of the bone broth.
